We can learn from this form that if add the same quantity of the three kind of Antifoam, thix-298 can restrain the froth increasing even during 60 hours, it is better than other two kind of Antifoam.
note:
(1) froth liquid: mix three kind of liquid which are frothy under 1:1:1, then dilute it to 1.5 ‰ .
(2) test step for eliminating froth: add 100Ml of the froth liquid separately into three graduated flask of 500ml, and insufflate the air at the same speed, if the cubage reaches 500ml, put the sample for 25mg together with the polyester plastic into the graduated flask, then examine the time of all the froth disappeared.
(3) test step for restraining froth: firstly same as step (2), then insufflate the air as the speed of 3l/min, test the height of the froth. the higher of the froth, the worse of the performance.
At the same time, it is proved by a large quantity examinations that thix-298 has double ability than other polyester Antifoam in the current market, even three times than some medium. |
| Use method |
1.according to the environment of producing medium, mix the anti-foam agent with bean oil in certain proportionl.
2.In the condition of temperature between 130℃ and 150℃, you should kill bacterium for 30 minutes.
3.Drop certain quantity of anti-foam agent in the medium.

1.Our products are packed with 200KG plastic drums.
2.It is conveyed as non dangerous commodity. When loading discharging and transporting the products, you should do it lightly. You should avoid placing it conversely, hammerblowing, sun-shinning and rain-filtering.
3.Room temperature is fit for its storage. In the stated storage and conveyance condition, the quality of the product can be kept for one year. |
